Our sheds are constructed using 2x4 studs and roof rafters, 3/4" plywood flooring (with moisture-resistant membrane on underside), 7/16" OSB plywood roof with 30 year architectural asphault shingles, ridgecap and drip edge. Walls are sheeted with Smart Siding and painted with 10 year BEHR Premium Solid Color Deck, Fence and Siding Weatherproofing Wood Stain. We use white TUF BOARD for trim which never has to be painted. It is solid white all the way through and will not rot, crack, split, warp and is impervious to insects and water.
